Deep Tissue Massage

Unlock deep relaxation and relief with our Deep Tissue Massage, specially designed to target chronic muscle tension and tightness. Using firm pressure and specialized techniques to reach the deeper layers of muscle and fascia, this modality helps to alleviate pain and promote healing. This therapeutic treatment is perfect for those with specific areas of discomfort. As knots and tension are released, you’ll experience improved flexibility and restoration.

Please Note: Deep Tissue Massage is designed to relieve tension and promote healing without causing pain. While targeted pressure is used to address tightness, your comfort is priority throughout the session. A unique service using a special blend of therapeutic grade essential oils combined with therapeutic massage techniques. Aromatherapy is highly beneficial for deep relaxation and stress reduction. Choose from Relaxation, Uplifting, or Balancing to compliment your massage needs.

Sleep & Downshift - Relaxing blend of lavender, ylang ylang, jasmine and other essential oils.

Breathe & Spa - Energizing blend made with eucalyptus, peppermint and other essential oils.

Sugar Foot Scrub

Indulge your senses with our refreshing lemon-peppermint sugar foot scrub, designed to rejuvenate and invigorate tired feet. This delightful treatment combines the zesty aroma of lemon with the cooling essence of peppermint, gently exfoliating to reveal soft, smooth skin.

Cupping

Cupping may leave red or purple marks behind. These will fade away from a few hours to a few weeks. Cupping should not be painful in any way, so always communicate with your therapist if you are experiencing any discomfort.
