How early should I arrive?

Please arrive at a minimum of 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Arriving early will allow you time for your paperwork/consult, time to use the restroom, and time settle in on the massage table.

What form(s) of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards.

Please note - there is a 2.5% charge for all credit card payments.

Do I have to fully undress?

No! You can undress to YOUR level of comfort. But, if you do choose to go completely nude, rest assured you will be professionally draped the entire time.

I forgot to shave!

Forgetting to shave is absolutely OK. I won’t judge :)

Do massages hurt?

They shouldn’t! If you’re experiencing anything worse than slight discomfort, tell your therapist right away. However, depending on how much pressure is used, how often you receive massages, and how your body responds, you may be a little sore for 1-2 days after. Stay hydrated and use ice if necessary.

Do your products contain ingredients from animals?

Nope, I only use vegan & cruelty-free, high-quality creams, oils, scrubs, and butters.

Are your products gluten free?

All of my products are gluten free.

Do you work on minors?

I do work on minors. A parent or guardian must sign a minor consent release form for anyone under the age of 18.

For ages 13-15: A parent or guardian must be present in the treatment room.

For ages 16-17: A parent or guardian does not need to be present in the treatment room as long as both the parent/guardian and minor agrees.

Do you sell gift cards?

I do! Gift cards can either be purchased in person at the spa or I can email you a printable PDF version.

If you do opt for the PDF version, I do require prepayment (I accept Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Credit Card).

Why do I have to provide my credit card when I book online?

I now require a card to secure your massage appointment and to cover the 25% service charge for same-day cancellations. You will not be charged for rescheduling your appointment, and you will not be charged until the time of your scheduled appointment.

What brands do you use?

For all massage services I use Sacred Earth Botanicals vegan cream.

For the Relaxation Facial Massage I use FarmHouse Fresh vegan products, and Dermalogica’s toner.
